Termery bridges this gap by enabling professional and customized services at a reasonable price to help small business owners resolve certain legal issues in their business operations.
We understand that small business owners often do not have the time, desire or expertise to convert commercial terms into “legalease” so we have created base agreements to meet your needs. We further provide the necessary information for you to understand and navigate these document and match you with our partner lawyers who will customize the base documents to fit your specific needs.
We have built Termery specifically to provide legal services to small business owners. In addition to the current choices of high hourly rates for lawyers and downloadable standard forms, we provide a third alternative.
We are able to provide you with premium products at a reasonable price because Our technology based platform is able to perform much of the non-essential work that pay-by-the-hour lawyers otherwise need to perform, such as formatting and proofreading with high efficiency and precision to save costs for our customers like you. As a result, our partner lawyers are able to manage their service costs while maintaining excellent service quality.

Company: Termery was conceived in early 2017 between three lawyers to address inefficiencies they saw in the practical of law. Having worked in top ranked Wall Street law firms, they saw first hand the archaic procedures still being used in the internet era, the wasted time and effort they created and the exorbitantly high fees that law firms charge as a result. Termery was launched in late 2017 to reduce the cost of legal advice through technology.
Philosophy: We believe that technology is capable of unlocking unprecedented efficiencies, allowing more people to have better access to would-be luxuries in prior generations. This is especially the case for the legal industry, which seems to be stuck in the old millennium. By reducing access barriers to legal services through technology, we aim to create a world where everyone can affordably obtain the legal assistance they need.
Team: The founders consists of three Ivy-League educated attorneys who all have worked in top-tier Wall Street law firms. All three founders are passionate about using technology to revolutionize the practice of law and to enable attorneys to provide sophisticated legal advice at affordable rates
